Return & Exchange Policy

Our return & exchange policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your children's book, or if you have simply changed your mind, we make the process straightforward and hassle-free. We believe that a transparent refund or exchange policy is essential in building trust and reassuring our customers that they can shop with us with complete peace of mind.
At Passions Publications, we are committed to providing a positive experience for our customers. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing that we are here to support you every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to making sure you are delighted with your children's books.

If you want to request a refund, you may do so by clicking the Contact Us link and sending a written request. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product and it must be  in it's original condition, no tears, damages, or stains. If your request is approved, you will be returned the cost of the merchandise plus the shipping and handling. If upon receiving the product that the store finds the merchandise unsellable, you may receive store credit to be used within one year of receipt.

 

If you want to request an exchange, please send the request via the Contact Us link with complete detail of the merchandise that you wish to exchange it with. The exchanged item must equal the exact amount that you are exchanging it with. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product and it must be  in it's original condition, no tears, damages, or stains. If your request is approved, you will be asked to return the item. Once we receive it, you will be notified via email and you will be issued a store credit.
